Privacy Policy

ProfitDriven (ProfitDriven Lite) helps Australian gig-economy drivers estimate daily profit. This policy describes what data the app handles and your choices. It applies to the mobile web app and any native wrapper distributed on the Apple App Store.

On-device check-in data (required for core features): vehicle type, earnings, kilometres, fuel details, deadhead km, dates, and calculated estimates. This is stored in your browser's local storage on your device unless you delete it.

Pro waitlist email (optional): If you choose to join the Pro waitlist, you provide an email address. Today this is stored on your device pending backend sync; when launch email delivery is enabled, your address will be transmitted to ProfitDriven servers solely to notify you about Pro availability.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or sell personal data.

• Calculate and display profit estimates and history
• Remember your Lite trial timing and preferences on this device
• Send Pro launch notifications if you join the waitlist (when enabled)

We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or to service providers that process data on our behalf under equivalent privacy protections (e.g. future email delivery for the waitlist).

Check-in and waitlist data remain on your device until you remove them. You can export or delete all data in-app at any time. Deletion is immediate on the device.

ProfitDriven Lite is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data on your device is protected by your device operating system. Avoid sharing unlocked devices. We implement appropriate safeguards when server sync is introduced.

Depending on your location (including Australia under the Privacy Act), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Use in-app deletion or contact us.
