Agreement
By using ProfitDriven Lite from ProfitDriven, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service description
ProfitDriven Lite provides estimates only of daily income and costs for gig drivers. It is not accounting, tax, or financial advice. ProfitDriven Pro features may be offered separately when available (waitlist).
Accuracy & limitations
Lite uses assumed per-kilometre running costs by vehicle type. Actual profit depends on many factors not modelled here (downtime, fees, repairs, tax, etc.). You are responsible for your business decisions.
Subscriptions & purchases
When ProfitDriven Pro is sold, purchases on Apple devices will use Apple In-App Purchase where required by App Store rules. Current builds offer a free Lite trial and optional waitlist signup only — no payment is collected in-app today.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
ProfitDriven owns the app, branding, and content. You retain ownership of data you enter.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ProfitDriven IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF ESTIMATES.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data via Settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Australia.
